Birthday Party Information

The RGC staff would like to welcome you, your family and friends to a memorable party. We provide 1 1/2 hours of fun filled activities for everyone. We suggest that the first 50-60 minutes be your supervised gym time where you can climb, roll, swing, jump, hang up side down and explore around the gym. The last 30-40 minutes would be when you can have your refreshments and open presents. We do the set-up and clean-up!

THE PARTY PACKAGE INCLUDES:

• 10 Children (plus the birthday child).
• Treat bags for each child (may include items such as a coloring page, stickers, balloon, candy... you may may also add items to the bag if you would like).
• Paper goods (table covers, plates, napkins, fork/spoon, cups).
• T-shirt for the birthday child.
• RGC Party Invitations (A Waiver/Release form, address and map for your guests).

Adding Birthday Party Days!
Due to an increased demand we are adding some Fridays from 1:00-2:30 to the times available for birthday parties.   They are going fast so book your party now!  Birthday party information is also available at the office.

 

Miscellaneous Check List:

Remember to bring the WAIVER/RELEASE FORMS, it is required for participation.
Notify us of the total number of quests invited, at least 1 week in advance.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before to set up.
Party times are pre-set. Please have your guests picked up on time.
Arrangements can be made IN ADVANCE to extend the last time slot if desired. ($25 for an extra 1/2 hour).
Double parties are welcome, only 1 birthday shirt is included in the cost. (Additional shirts $10)
Children should dress for activity.
Refreshments are not provided.
Plan ahead, party times are filled six to eight weeks in advance.
No pinatas or silly string.
ALCOHOL MAY NOT BE SERVED ON THE PREMISES.

NOTE: Gym activities and length of time in the gym varies depending on the age of the children. Parents will need to help with the supervision of the younger children, for safety reasons.
