The Wisconsin State policy for refunding Compulsory Qualifiers entry fees is two weeks prior to the first day of a weekend competition. ● Full refunds will be given for any reason up to that date. ● No refunds are given for any reason within two weeks of the meet.

Qualifier Meet Age Groups
Use the last date of competition of your meet for the age determination date.
● Age groups are designated by age divided equally using a sliding scale
creating approximately equal groups of 20 athletes, not exceeding 24 in a
group.
● Age groups designated as Jr A, Jr B, Jr C, Sr A, Sr B...etc.
Compulsory Qualifiers
Level 2 & Bronze Qualifiers
● Individual Events: Medals for 50% of participants in each age group.
● All Around: Medals for 100% of participants in each age group.
o Top 50% receive placement Award
o Bottom 50% receive a participation medal
● Team Awards 50%
Level 3-5 Qualifiers
● Individual Events: Medals for 50% of participants in each age group.
● All Around: 50% of participants in each age group receive placement
awards, either medal or trophy.
● Team Awards 50%

Shoutouts
- Available for athletes AND their heroes! Grownups can purchase a shoutout item and have a message read during the meet. Athletes can write/ draw a shoutout and choose to have it read publicly or give it privately to their hero.
Admission Promotion
- Bring a children's book AND a hygiene item for Duffels for Kids program to get $3 off each adult spectator admission. Items like blankets, stuffed animals, or a flashlight AND toothbrush/ toothpaste, deodorant, or baby wash items will be donated to create duffel bags to give to foster children across Wisconsin so they have comfort items and necessities in the haste of being removed from unsafe situations. Local charity, Faith, Hope, & Love's program supports heroic foster parents across the state by ensuring the foster kids have something with them when they arrive in their care during last-minute, emergent placements.
