*All attendees under 5.5 years must be accompanied by an attentive adult chaperone for the entire duration of open gym. 

*Participants considered actively part of open gym are those children of walking age - 15 months - to under 18.

In an effort to keep everyone safe and operate within state and local protocols, the following policies and rules have been updated for open gym.

• Capacity is limited for participants only according to fire code. Participants are paid students, not their chaperone if one is required.

• Pre-registration with full payment is recommended. Call, come in, or register online up to 24 hours in advance. Open spots for open gym may be advertised through RGC communication outlets the day of for any drop-in or day of availability. Customers will be turned away at the door when capacity has been reached.

• Parents are asked to drop off in the lobby and pick up outside unless chaperoning a child out on the floor.

• All children must be checked/signed in at the front desk BY AN ADULT regardless of pre-registration or active membership status.

• Locker rooms are for bathroom use and storage. There will be no congregating in those areas.

• No food or drink other than water is allowed outside of the balcony area. No snack or vending sales will be available until further notice.

• There is no phone use allowed in the locker room and gym areas.

• Masks will be required by participants and spectators inside the facility in the event of local, city, or statewide mandates and ordinances in order to remain compliant and keep everyone safe.
